Yes, in some cases we are able to make substitutions to accommodate certain dietary restrictions. In other cases we can moderate or completely remove some spices or ingredients to align with your needs. However, note that some ingredients are key to a dish and cannot be substituted or removed, and in some cases a substitution could incur an additional cost.
Our meal prep items are designed to stay fresh in your refrigerator for an average of 5 days after delivery. Freezing can extend that time, but note there will be a slight difference in taste. For the best experience, all food items ordered should be eaten within the week.
Convenience is key! Most meals can be reheated in the microwave in just 2–3 minutes — our containers are microwave-safe (just pop the lid). We provide reheating instructions for each meal, since every dish is a little different.
No! We believe in flexibility. You can order week-to-week whenever you need us, without being locked into an auto-renewing subscription.
We generally require at least 72 hours notice for standard catering orders. For very large events or weddings, we recommend booking at least 1 week in advance to ensure availability. If unavoidable, we do take rush orders, but this will incur an additional fee depending on the size of the order.
- Meal Prep: Deliveries are made every Sunday between 11 AM and 10 PM. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times within that window due to routing efficiency.
- Catering: We deliver within a 1-hour window of your requested time on the day of your event.
Because we are a small business and we source ingredients based on your exact order, all cancellations must be made before our weekly cutoff time on Thursday at midnight. Orders cancelled after this time cannot be refunded.
